We hired Dave to put a deck addition on our house. We had a plan for what we wanted to do, and he and his crew executed it perfectly. He worked within our budget and happily accommodated all our requests. Communication was excellent, and he got the job done quickly. He even found us a painter on short notice to refinish our existing porch, which was no small job in itself. He and his crew were truly a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor space.
There is a reason for all the Five Star reviews seen below: Our experience with Bartlett Hill Builders was second to none! We hired BHB to replace rotting siding and trim on the outside of our house, and to install four windows in our living room. Both tasks were performed to perfection and the final itemized bill came in less than the original estimate. David and his crew were totally professional and left the worksite cleaner than they found it. When a rotting deck interfered with their work, they offered to dismantle and remove it for us. When I suggested that the framing might be usable they investigated, agreed, and redecked the existing structure. Work was performed as scheduled, and they few times they had to change dates they asked if this was OK, rather than just failing to show up. Jan I were 100% satisfied with the experience and would recommend Bartlett Hill Builders without reservation. We are already planning next year's round of work.
David is very easy to work with. He explains why or what he is doing something. He considers our opinion. Our bathroom looks like something out of Home and Garden. We highly recommend Bartlett Hill Builders. We will definitely be hiring them again.
