Every step was seamless! Nicole came out, looked at everything, explained all that would happen, answered my questions clearly, gave suggestions when asked, and was not pushy in any way whatsoever. It's one of the reasons we went with Bath World. Kelton came out to do the job and he was so professional. He also answered all of our questions, kept us informed and did an amazing job, as we now have a beautiful new shower! He also left everything as clean as he found it. We would highly recommend Bath World for your bath or shower needs!

Our tub to shower was something we needed. Right from our first meeting with Nicole, she understood what we needed. The team of Cowan and Paulo did the conversation and it was a fantastic job. Everything went very well and we had very nice and good workers and direct contact with the job foremen. The final result was when my wife looked into the bathroom and just went (WOW), it looks beautiful. As far as we're concerned, we made great choices on the color and design of the bath. The complete gut of a bathroom raises a lot of dust but the workers did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. With drop cloths everywhere they worked and my floors survived the construction without a hitch. Many thanks to Bath World for a job well done.
