We remodeled our kitchen and opened up our living room, Kris does great work and most importantly he is a great communicator! We knew ahead of time what work was being done each day and week to week. He always kept us updated with the next phase of our project. Kris delivered on the timeline we discussed at the start of our project…no surprises! Thank you Kris!!

Kris and his team were EXCELLENT and I cannot recommend them enough…in fact, we are trying to convince our friends and family to do unnecessary home improvement projects just so they can work with him. Every step of the process was easy and Kris worked with us to carry out our vision for our bathroom renovation while providing us with helpful suggestions and explaining any limitations. One tiny thing broke after the fact and Kris came right away to fix it. The finished product is perfect.

We've been in communication with Kris over recent months while we plan a larger home renovation project. In the meantime Unger's team installed a ceiling access panel with a ladder to our addict. The work was completed quickly, the space was left spotless, and the finished product came out be exactly what we needed. What has impressed us most since first engaging with Kris has been his communication, professionalism, and consistent follow-up - something that we've found to be hard to find.
