Google shows a 4.9-star average across 45 ratings, and the most useful reviews are the long-haul ones. A customer in May 2025 had used them for over four years, from a small apartment through a move to a much larger house; another in February 2025 was three years in and said the team is open to feedback; a 2024 office client said Katia schedules around business hours and that Agrimaldo deep-cleans the rugs. A 2023 reviewer booked a 2.5-hour clean and got two cleaners who did three bathrooms, the kitchen and the floors, then asked her to inspect the work. On r/Somerville this July a homeowner put the all-inclusive deep clean — oven, windows, cabinets, baseboards — at $185, discounted to win a regular slot. The one bad account is from September 2024: a customer said the company switched a signed weekly agreement to biweekly after taking on more clients, sent automated texts and emails without invoices attached, and that owner Agrimaldo was rude and blamed the customer when given feedback. Worth knowing, too, that a dozen of the Angi reviews are dated the same day in March 2024. A good fit for a recurring house clean or a move-out deep clean north of Boston. Confirm the schedule frequency in writing and ask how invoicing works before the first visit.

Kátia and her team are wonderful! They are efficient and thorough in their cleaning, at a reasonable price and a pleasure to work with. Even my puppy loves them! I highly recommend them for any type of cleaning. I also recently had the pleasure of working with Agrimaldo to clean our carpets. He was responsive and reasonably priced and he did an outstanding job. I will definitely use him again for future rug cleaning.
