AKS Family Services is a small Everett cleaning outfit — two employees on its BBB file — that homeowners hire for the standing appointment: every other week, same crew, whole house. Its own site lists one-time and recurring cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out turnovers, Airbnb changeovers and home organizing. BBB opened the file in March 2023 and puts the business start at April 2019, a partnership run by two managers. The reviews that carry weight here are the long ones. A homeowner writing in 2025 said they had been clients for over four years, starting in a small apartment and keeping the crew after moving into a much larger house; another, also in 2025, put it at three years. On Angi, a March 2024 reviewer described hiring AKS for a move-in deep clean more than three years earlier and never stopping. Repeat business like that is harder to manufacture than a burst of five stars, and it is the strongest thing they have going. The work itself gets described in concrete terms more often than cleaning reviews usually manage. A 2023 customer booked 2.5 hours, got two cleaners, three bathrooms, a kitchen and mopped floors, and was asked to inspect the result before the team left. Rugs and carpets come up on their own — reviewers writing in 2024 and 2025 both credit Agrimaldo with deep-cleaning rugs — and one office client has had the company in around business hours for several years. The counterweight is a single 1★ Google review from September 2024, specific enough to take seriously. That customer described a weekly agreement being cut to biweekly after the fact, automated texts and emails arriving with no invoice attached, and being blamed when they raised it. No one else describes anything like it, and it is now nearly two years old — but scheduling and billing are exactly the things worth pinning down in writing before a recurring contract starts. One small wrinkle: BBB lists the company in Revere while its own site says Everett, and it is not BBB-accredited — the A+ is a rating, not a membership. The right call for a recurring household or small-office clean where you want the same people back each time. Settle the cadence, the price per visit and how invoices arrive before the first booking.
