Bay State Epoxy works in one material: resinous systems poured over concrete. From 25 Rundlett Way in Middleton, the three-person LLC does epoxy coatings, polished and decorative concrete, grind-and-seal, resinous systems, sports flooring, concrete repair and the surface prep that goes underneath — the garage and basement end of the trade for homeowners, and school, healthcare and manufacturing floors on the commercial side. What exists in writing about them is institutional rather than personal. Their Better Business Bureau file carries an A+ and has been accredited since December 2024; it lists the company as an LLC started in February 2021, with three employees and Matthew Norton and Ryan Fahey as managers. They also turn up on Massachusetts municipal bid tabulations for garage-floor epoxy coating, which is public work they compete for in the open. One thing to square up front is how long they have actually been doing this. The company's own About page gives 2018 as the year established while its marketing copy claims over ten years in the industry — and the BBB file puts the business start at February 2021 and its years in business at five. Those are three different answers to the same question, so ask which one refers to the company and which to the people running it. They say they work across New England but name Middleton and Peabody as their own area. If you have a garage, basement or shop floor and want a coating rather than a carpentry job, they are a reasonable call — ask to see recent local floors of the same system, and get the surface preparation written into the scope, since that step is what an epoxy floor lives or dies on.
