CabStone started as a fix for its founders' own problem: the company says Joe Fodera and Guy Manganiello were developers tired of supply-chain disruption and project delays, and built their own cabinet, flooring and countertop operation to get around them. It has since grown into a design-build home improvement contractor for homeowners and builders. From its North Main Street shop in Middleton, CabStone says it makes and installs custom cabinetry, hardwood and luxury vinyl flooring, quartz and granite countertops, and outdoor living structures across Essex and Middlesex counties. Its site says it has served Middleton since 2019. Fodera runs field operations and Manganiello handles business development and client relations, with Lou Schena on finance and operations and Vladislava Turcan leading design, according to the company. The site lists service across towns including Danvers, Peabody, Beverly, Salem, Lynnfield, Topsfield, Andover, North Reading and Wilmington. It describes the company as a Massachusetts-registered home improvement contractor under MGL c.142A but does not publish a registration number.
