Perfect Choice Tile Installation sells labor, not materials: you buy the tile, marble or stone, and Wender Souza's crew sets it. The company works out of Middleton, and says Souza started it after more than 19 years in tile, marble and stone installation, and that it builds on the Schluter, Laticrete and Wedi waterproofing systems. The people who have written about them hired them for whole projects, not single rooms. In a January 2022 review, a homeowner who renovated half their house — a job that began pre-pandemic and ran long through delays — called Wender and his crew the best team that came through the house. A customer writing in August 2022 had two bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash done, and said that after being selective about which contractors they contacted, the company's responsiveness impressed them immediately. In October 2025, a reviewer wrote that they had worked with Wender and his team on many tile installation projects — the kind of note that usually comes from someone who keeps calling the same tile setter back. On Google the company holds a 5-star average across 20 ratings. The labor-only arrangement is the thing to plan around: ordering the tile, the trim pieces and the right quantity falls to you, so settle who measures and who is responsible if a box runs short. The site also names Middleton as its service area. A good fit if you have already chosen your material and want a specialist setting it, particularly for a shower where the waterproofing matters. Before booking, confirm exactly what the labor price covers — demolition, substrate prep, grout and sealing — and ask whether the crew travels to your town.
