BuildZoom also states it has received no customer reviews for the business, and BBB publishes no star average, so there is no homeowner account here to weigh either way. On licensing, treat the directory numbers as that directory's claims rather than confirmation: BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#137193) it says it checked in July 2026, alongside a Massachusetts roofing CSSL registration (#099895) it shows as inactive and at one point cancelled. A reasonable call if you want an established local roofer with a two-decade permit history behind it. Before signing anything, ask directly about the current status of both registrations, and ask for a few recent local jobs you can go look at.
