Ken Duval is straight forward about being competitive with their pricing because they do cut out that sales person middle man and pass the savings onto you. He is a straight shooter, details the entire process from start to finish for you outlining every step of the way really setting your mind at ease. I’d like to start by saying this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with contractors. Hubert and his team were exceptional to say the least. Right when I met Hubert he confirmed everything with me, asked if I had any questions, walked me around my house letting me know what to expect all meanwhile his crew was getting prepped for the job. These guys were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life and that’s not an exaggeration. Every single one of them were being friendly to my dog as if he was their own, making jokes, laughing and honestly just went above and beyond with their customer service and satisfaction. There wasn’t a single nail or piece of debris when they left… they left my yard looking better than it did before when they were done it was so clean! I couldn’t be any more thankful, grateful and genuinely satisfied with choosing Duval Roofing and I truly hope this review helps whoever is reading it to choose them so you can have the same great experience too. We used Duval Roofing when we needed to reroof our home. We used them when they were recommended by a relative, who used them for their roof. Fast forward some 11 - 15 years and a storm comes through with strong winds and rips a few of the ridge vent singles off. I reach out to Duval Roofing late Friday afternoon. I received a response early Saturday morning, looking for pictures and age of the roof. I’m contacted on Monday saying they’ll try to send someone out Tuesday morning. As promised, Hubert arrived Tuesday morning and repaired the damage in no time with no issues. He even removed some of the older shingles and replaced them as not to just patch the spot. Hubert was friendly and respectful. And the cost of the job was fair. We’d definitely use Duval again.
