Brian was absolutely wonderful. He gave us the most reasonable quote, got the work done quickly, and was upfront about the challenges of our space and how that would impact the timeline. He also made sure we had sufficient heat while our furnace was being replaced in the middle of a brutal winter and timed everything for minimal disruption.
Brian was able to come down and do the job the same day . This was a job and my mother's house he was very respectful to my elderly mother he told her what he was going to do and did it for the price he quoted cleaned up left no mess my mother was very happy with him. She said she would hire him again great service
On 6/17/26 BCM responded very promptly to my request for service by email and phone call. They quoted a price of $275.00 to remove and replace a kitchen faucet. The repair was scheduled for 6/22/26 arriving between 10:00 - 11:00 am to.start the job. Unfortunately they didn't arrive at the agreed upon time. I had to reached out around 11:30 am, and was told one of his workers hadn't shown and he was running late at his present job because he was working alone. BCM stated that he anticipated being finished with his current job by 1:00 pm and available to compete my job at that time. BCM called shortly after 12:00 pm stating that they would be arriving at my house in a few minutes. BCM arrived, with a helper and installed the kitchen faucet with no issues. The install was completed in just over an hour which was great. If BCM had communicated early on that they were running late, their rating would have been higher.
Brian came out promptly on time and assessed the water leakage. My home was built on 1901 and remodeled more than once. Brian's years of experience resolved the leakage / damage and I am thrilled. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Brian.
BCM Plumbing did a great job replacing/installing a new toilet and replacing/installing a new faucet in our half bath. It was not an easy job but they fixed the shoddy work done by the previous owner and we are "extremely" happy with the outcome! The gave us a good quote for the project and completed all the work for us. We will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.
