I recently had my split system cleaned and serviced by BEACH BREEZE. Tom was prompt in returning my calls and answered all of our questions and concerns. He did an outstanding job and all the units, both inside and outside, and look as though they are brand new. Tom has years of experience and is professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. We look forward to seeing him again next year.
Tom came to my house and took 4 mini split units on the walls which had never really been cleaned outside of me vacuuming the filters along with the outside condensor and made them all lools like they were just installed. Some of the mini splits were really dirty. He did a great job and his attention to detail and cleaning everything was fantastic. I highly recommend him and look forward to him keeping our units super clean.
Beach Breeze Indoor Air Quality did an outstanding job cleaning my mini split heat pump. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even showed me videos of what he found inside the unit (attached to this review), which was eye-opening and made me realize how important this service is. He was professional, respectful of my home, and kept the work area spotless throughout the process. Both the indoor and outdoor units now look brand new, and I feel confident about the cleanliness and air quality in my home. Everyone should really consider getting this done. It makes a huge difference!
Tom made two trips out to our house- one to fully evaluate the issue we were having and the other to clean and test our 2 heat pump units. First of all, he’s a super nice guy. In addition, he explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions we had in an easy to understand way. He also reached out after a few weeks to ask if everything was working satisfactorily. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Beach Breeze is a great company and I would recommend them for any heat pump servicing or cleaning needs
