Beware of the lack of pricing transparency!! We specifically asked about the cost of disconnecting a sink before scheduling and were told they couldn't provide an estimate over the phone. The only fee mentioned was a $99 assessment fee that would be waived if we approved the work. We were charged $300 (!!!) for disconnecting a sink that took a total of 15 minutes. We were later told “whoops we forgot to mention it” and “it’s their minimum fee.” If there’s a $300 minimum charge for a stupid simple job customers should be told upfront. We called Beachcomber on an early Saturday evening in a pinch… our three year old decided to flush a Batman toy down the toilet. Being as it’s our only bathroom, we needed fixing ASAP. He came out the next morning and got us back in order quickly. Saved the day! We will definitely be reaching out for future work as we begin renovations and other projects. 10/10 recommend!
We had two pipes burst during a really cold week. With water pouring into my house I called Beach Comber and they worked to put me into their schedule asap. Garrett was amazing! He was so calm and reassuring. It took a stressful situation for me and made me feel like I was in good hands. My house was put back together quickly and with a lot of care. Highly recommend!
I'm so happy I found Beach Comber Plumbing! They're responsive, reliable, reasonably priced, and have great availability. Garrett does amazing work and is the nicest guy. Can't recommend them enough!
