Called Tufts Plumbing and Heating to replace my sump pump that seized and cause a bit of a flood in my basement. Left a voicemail and he called back that same night Nd was able to come out the next morning. Cost about what I expected when he told me what was needed. I will definitely keep his number saved in case I have any future plumbing issues. He was very friendly and professional, extremely knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Very happy with everything overall. I will be recommending him to my friends, family, and coworkers. Thank you again for coming to my rescue!
Philip and Nicole are the nicest couple and he has been my plumber for 5+ years. He does great work, they are great to work with and very reliable.
The quality of work and timeliness was great. I was extremely suprised that they were able to come out and do the installation next day. They unfortunately only accept cash or check.

NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! I left a detailed message about my situation and noone even acknowledged my call. Needless to say, I used another company ( who called back promptly) and was very satisfied with the service and professionalism. I had to give one star to post this, but honestly- they deserve NEGATIVE STARS AS A RATING!!!
