We had a very positive experience with Beacon Sprayfoam / On Time Insulation LLC. We met the owner, Jesse, who was professional, businesslike, and friendly. I appreciated seeing the owner personally come out, review the job, go over everything with us, and communicate with his employee before the work began. After we finalized the financial details, he left his employee to complete the job, which is completely understandable when you are running a contracting business and managing multiple jobs. Our project was fairly small, just fiberglass insulation in a cold room in our basement, but it was still treated professionally. His employee was respectful, careful with the surrounding room, kept the work area clean, and did a very neat job. He did an exceptionally timely installation as well! Both Jesse and his employee arrived on time, communication was straightforward, and the work was completed without any issues. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend Beacon Sprayfoam / On Time Insulation LLC to anyone looking for a professional insulation contractor.

Beacon Spray foam performed well in insulating my new construction house. The work was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves and they did exactly what was in their scope of work to which they bid the job.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Jesse showed up for the quote and I never saw him again. Team was highly unprofessional: threw and damaged personal items inside the house to get to windows; completely encased and filled several junction boxes with foam; sprayed loose wires against the walls, requiring our electrician to cut them out; and not respectful of the house, including smearing feces on the outside of our toilet. After the job was complete, Jesse harassed me about payment and didn't seem to care that the project was done poorly.
Beacon Spray Foam did an amazing job insulating my new construction home. Open cell spray foam was installed in the attic and closed cell in the crawl space. Jesse was responsive and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Thank you to the Beacon Spray Foam team for a job well done!
