Bed Bug Busters By Ellington Management LLC does one thing: bed bugs. The company describes its work as chemical-free bed bug extermination, says it has been at it since 2015, and lists Vernon, Bolton, Coventry, Ellington and East Hartford among the towns it serves. A 2022 customer said they chose heat treatment over spray, were walked through everything, and that Marc took his time answering questions while belongings, plants and fragile items were looked after. A 2024 customer said the treatment at their mother's house took a lot of work and time, that Marc kept them informed through the day, and that the house was left clean. A 2023 customer called the chemical-free method modern and safe. A 2024 customer said a treatment costing over $2600 was followed by a bed bug found the next March, a second treatment costing another $2200, and belongings left thrown in bags with spray on the walls. That customer said a promised reimbursement for damaged property never came.
Marc and his crew did an amazing job at my Mom’s house! My Mom had a massive infestation and the treatment at her home required a lot of work and time from Marc and his team. Marc kept me informed throughout the day of their progress. The house was left very clean as Marc and his team cleaned up a ton of the dead bed bugs. I am so thankful to Marc and his team as they did an exceptional job and went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend Marc and his crew as they delivered as promised. We called this company in June of last year, for a bed bug problem in our home. Marc the owner was very nice and professional. This was supposed to be a one and done treatment which cost over $2600. I was concerned as I had a couple of bites the next day. Marc brought some glue traps by a couple months later and it seemed like we were in the clear. Winter came and went. In March, I found a bed bug only because I was looking under the mattress and boxspring. I contacted them immediately. They couldn’t explain why they were there and said this had never happened before. Instead of honoring their customer satisfaction policy, I had to do another treatment, another $2200 dollars later. We came home to find, everything carelessly unorganized thrown in bags, spray all over the walls, and damaged property. Carelessly compared to the first time around. Apparently, the owner couldn’t even be bothered to do the job himself or check on it. I was told I would be reimbursed for my damaged property and to this day, haven’t received a dime and was accused of wanting refunds. All I wanted was to get rid of the problem and the guarantee of customer satisfaction.

These guys went above and beyond to eliminate out pest problem, were there to answer any questions, and quickly responsive. Bed bug busters went out of there way to provide an exceptional service!
