Wildlife Control Services LLC holds a 5-star average across 79 Google ratings, and the jobs behind it are attics, chimneys and sheds with something living in them. On its own website the company lists bats, beavers, moles, opossum, raccoons, skunks, snakes, squirrels and woodchucks, plus deck exclusions and chimney cap installation, and says it has been in business 39 years. A recent customer said Shane explained the process up front, taught them how to close the traps at night and removed a woodchuck in a cage large enough for it to move around. A customer with a mother raccoon and five kits in the fireplace said Shane returned a message and was at the door within an hour, and all the raccoons were removed. Zach screened a gable vent after a bat turned up there, a recent customer wrote, and made sure the bat was gone. One homeowner whose house was "squirrel proofed" said wear and tear on the lawn was kept to a minimum when digging equipment came in, and that cleanup afterward was thorough. A 2025 customer said Shane was out within 2 hours for a bat, removed it and installed exclusionary screens. A 2024 customer said Shane and Zack arrived within an hour for mice in the attic, the mice were gone within two days, and they followed up for a month. A 2024 customer said bats returned to the same spots within a year of the warranty, and that the company's foam blocked all of their ridge vents, which they then had to pay to replace.
Shane did a great job. He explained the process upfront, taught me how to close the traps at night, and successfully removed the woodchuck. The cage had a door that closed behind the woodchuck after it entered so it didn't hurt the animal physically. It was also large enough for the woodchuck to move around.
We are extremely happy we found Wildlife Control Services and Shane. We had a bird in our fireplace/Chimney, we initially had another Business come out and unfortunately they were very unprofessional and had poorly communicated their fees, we immediately sent them away. Shane was very prompt/timely, extremely professional with great communication. I also appreciated Shane left us a nice educational pamphlet on nuisance wildlife control program. Thank you Shane for your help and the successful release of the bird.
Cleared the bats out of my house! Very easy to contact. Great customer service. Shane is a stand up guy!
Zack and Shane captured a woodchuck under my shed before he could do damage to the foundation. He was captured in less than 24 hours. I am relieved to say he was released elsewhere and I hope he is happy in his new home. Zack and Shane are very personable and know their business. Give them a try if you have unwanted animal issues.
Shane was referred to me by a co-worker who had a great experience with a pest issue. He came over the same day I called and inspected the area I had a critter problem. He knew exactly what the problem was and immediately took action to remove the pests. Within a few days he caught and removed the intruders from my house. Shane was very professional and I highly recommend hiring him if you have any pest problems.
