We called Protex after not having any luck with previous companies. I called Protex and left a message and they called me back immediately even though the owner was on vacation. He was very attentive and didn't dismiss me or my concerns at all and he was able to schedule me the same day that afternoon (just a few hours later). Matt came to take care of the nest of white-faced hornets that took up residence under our mailbox and was so quick and informative about the situation. He took care to let us know how the process went and made sure to take a look around the garage where we had seen some as well. He was very friendly and did a great job. He was efficient, showed up exactly on time, listened to our concerns, and made sure we were satisfied with the job. We highly recommend Protex Pest Control for any of your pest control needs!
Jon and Mat were so kind, professional and thorough. Excellent communication before, during and after the job. We saw immediate results. Their rates are very reasonable. I really like how they don't force sell add-ons, just what is needed for year-long protection. I highly recommend Protex!

I appreciate their humanity and that they don't try to upsell on anything.
