Ben did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I highly recommend Ben and his team.
The tech person showed up in time, was friendly, knew a lot about garage doors , and after showing him the problem with door opening , and track and trolley catching ( stopped) , he was able to resolve the trolley catching by lubricating the system and also adjusting the chain tension. Hopefully problem is now resolved. The Cost was just labor. No parts needed. I would hire again.
