Great experience all around! Great knowledgeable technicians that are extremely friendly and do a great job! Also, I just want to add that the girl in the office, Casey, is wonderful! She was so kind and so patient with me, such a nice girl. I own an extremely busy company, so I know that the office staff is so important and is what keeps us going!! I highly recommend Berardi Irrigation!!

I was pleased with the service provided. However, the bill that I received did not list the parts or price of parts replaced. When I called to ask for an itemized list of parts and the cost the person I talked with indicated " that was the price ($389.00) for the PVB Backflow". I would expect for $389.00 I would receive an itemized list of parts with a dollar amount for each part.
