Mary Kaminski is a gem! I met Mary a few years ago when my husband and I looked at property in Mashpee. We didn't do anything then. This summer when I wanted to come north from SC to see a particular condominium, she dropped everything to accommodate me. I made an offer and flew back to SC. She was with me from there on out. Her knowledge and counsel was invaluable. She recommended repair people and mortgage people who were excellent. She was knowledgeable and professional through the whole transaction plus, she was just plain fun to be with!
