They built our brand new home. Fast and quality work. Super hands on with us and communication was fantastic. We could not be any happier with the work they did.

We recently completed a substantial renovation. New addition w/updated primary bedroom, bathroom and garage, plus new farmers porch. Matt, Ryan, Brendan, Corey (Statewide Electrical Solutions) and crew did an amazing job. Very neat, professional and accommodating to any changes from plan. Excavating, Carpentry, Plumbing, and full Electrical update were successfully completed and everything is running smoothly. Highly recommend Better Built Homes.

Hiring someone to build a home when you live 500 miles away is a little bit crazy, but that's exactly what we did. So...I'll leave you to your own judgement as to the state of our sanity. It was a gamble on our part, but thankfully, it paid off with our beautiful new home. BBH did a great job with our new place here in NH, and got it done nearly on time (only one week delay!) in the middle of a pandemic, which is no small feat. I've heard of new construction being delayed for months, but thankfully, BBH was organized enough that we never had that problem. We did have a few bumps and glitches along the way (who doesn't?), some of which were beyond BBH's control. Communication could have been a bit better, but overall, my husband and I have no complaints and I don't hesitate to give them five stars. I'm also grateful to Melissa for pointing out a bad choice on my part (too dark countertops paired with the cabinets I'd chosen). I was making my choices based on online photos, which weren't always true to color. Her honesty really helped. The house is beautiful, and any problems/concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. I would absolutely trust Matt and Melissa and have no hesitation to recommend them and BBH. They are decent, honest people who did a great job in spite of the extraordinary challenges of 2020-2021.
