I have used Build Savvy for 3 separate remodel jobs over the past 10 years. The most recent one was finished 7 months ago, and I never did get online to leave a review. My bad! Let me say that I have never had anything but top notch service and quality from Build Savvy. Today, we noticed an issue with the shower door and shower surround where it is fixed to the wall (most recent reno/basement master bathroom). I emailed Joe, and he replied within 30 minutes, will be out to assess and fix it asap. Quality work is sometimes not just what happens DURING the project, but owning any follow up issues after completion - whether those issues were a result of Build Savvy crews, subcontractor crews, or unknown events. Build Savvy stands behind their work.

We highly recommend Build Savvy for all of your construction projects. We had a very large, whole home, renovation project including dealing with many years of delayed maintenance issues. They took us through each phase of the project from design to completion. We essentially have a brand new house and it is finally a pleasure to come home each day. We are very grateful for the ease of working through some bumps in the road during the construction phase and more than usual personal challenges. If you need a great contractor who is skilled, attentive, patient, thorough, and diligent you will be pleased with Build Savvy.

It should be easy to accept a NEW kitchen after replacing one that was 50 years old. My wife, who loves to cook and bake, has been handicapped by a very small kitchen range all this time. We contacted Build Savvy (Joe Landry) for a quote. His task was to Strip all wall paper (dining and kitchen) area. Remove and discard the old cabinets and counter tops. Remove and replace dishwasher and range. Remove but reinstall our vented microwave. Remove and replace the kitchen floor. Install NEW modern cabinets. Working with Joe and Tracy was easy. Communication was excellent. Joe came to the house, took all measurements and details of our needs. He gave us a verbal plan then a detailed plan including the quote. We picked out the cabinets, granite counter top and kitchen flooring. After signing the quote the process began. The process included electrical work, new plumbing, painters, and installers for the cabinets and flooring. All work was completed within the quote. My wife and I could not be happier. ps: added note, the cabinet installer showed up and informed me that my new cabinets would not allow microwave venting. He upset me BUT Joe showed up 15 minutes later and set him straight. He looked at me and stated "I've had tougher challenges than this before" I was very pleased. Well done Joe and Tracy!

We wouldn't use anyone else for building projects. He did our kitchen and it looks amazing.
