Shower doors and replacement glass are the jobs people describe hiring Betts Shower Glass And Mirror to handle. A July 2026 Google reviewer praises Mark's shower-door installation for its precise finish, punctual arrival and communication throughout the process. Houzz places the business in Salem, Massachusetts; its own website says it provides custom shower glass, mirrors, table tops, steam units, glass replacement and window repair for residential, commercial and architectural projects. Window work comes up in several recent accounts. A July Google reviewer describes Mark replacing a sunroom window beside a garden bed without disturbing the flowers, and calls the price reasonable. On Thumbtack in April, another customer praises his communication and responsiveness while replacing basement windows. A separate April Thumbtack review describes him restoring the glass in an antique door on an 18th-century house. The shower work includes multiple installations in one home. A May 2026 Google reviewer says Mark completed four glass showers in a newly constructed house and was prompt and easy to work with. Another customer, writing in April, describes two shower-door installations, an on-time arrival and reasonable prices. Commercial work also appears: a July reviewer says the crew replaced large floor-to-ceiling storefront windows, kept the work area clean and communicated throughout. Google shows a 5-star average from 31 ratings. Thumbtack lists a 5.0 average from 152 ratings and designates the business a Top Pro. The customer accounts extend into 2024. In an August 2024 Google review, a homeowner describes a French-door glass-panel replacement: after measuring and giving an estimate, Betts ordered custom tempered glass following a deposit. The customer says it took three weeks to arrive, the installation took less than an hour, and the worker removed the broken glass. A June 2026 Thumbtack customer describes another custom replacement after other companies declined the glass work or proposed replacing the entire panel. Betts inspected the glass, ordered the replacement and scheduled the installation about three weeks later; the customer praises the finished work and the straightforward process.

Mark at Betts Shower Glass and Mirror is fantastic. He's a clear communicator, always responsive, and it's obvious he takes real pride in his work and his business. He replaced a sunroom window for us that was right next to a full garden bed, and he was incredibly careful not to disturb any of the flowers while he worked. The window itself came out perfectly. On top of all that, his pricing was very reasonable. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
We had Betts Shower Glass and Mirror replace the large floor-to-ceiling storefront windows at our shop, and they did an outstanding job. The installation was professional, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail. Working with such large pieces of glass is no easy task, but their team handled everything safely and expertly. The new windows look absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed the front of our store. The crew was courteous, kept the work area clean, and communicated with us throughout the process.
