Bruno was super responsive. When on site he took his time to properly diagnose what was going on with my plumbing. After diagnosing the problem he returned the next day and completed the repair leaving the house clean afterwards. He also did not push unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended.
Bruno worked a long day! He showed up on time, and pleasantly introduced himself. We did a walk through and in addition to what I needed to have done and why I called him, he discovered two leaks I was unaware of and we added that to his work list. He answered my request on the same day I posted, and completed all the work in one day, working from 1:00-9:00 pm, with no breaks except to make a purchase at Home Depot. He charged by the job, not labor or hours: to swap out a toilet has a fixed price, as does fixing a leak, repairing a shower, etc. so there were no surprises. His work was completed weeks ago and the work he did is functioning perfectly: not a problem anywhere. I highly recommend him! He'll be the first I call whenever I need a plumber, and I've already recommended him word of mouth in the neighborhood.
I had the greatest experience with BGM plumbing. I got a response right away and they were able to come and fix my outside faucet the same day. The service was incredible. Communication as to the arrival time was greatly appreciated as I was on a very tight time table. Very respectful and professional and did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond. BGM will be my new plumber going forward.
