Stephen Gould crafted a very large set of built-in cabinets, drawers, shelves and a gorgeous work/desk-top. The project also included fairly extensive electrical work for lighting, a stereo system and a wireless network. In a nutshell, I am thrilled! Stephen did exactly what he told me he would, on time and on budget. The final piece is a work of art that functions exactly as it was intended to. This piece is definitely the showpiece of my house. Every time I use it, I absolutely love it. Thank you!

Stephen has worked on three different projects in our home, and I very highly recommend him. He is extremely professional, very hard working, as well as upfront and honest on timeframe and cost estimation from the very first meeting. Stephen not only employed his incredible craftsmanship on a large exterior construction job, he also worked on a smaller interior job that was more design based. He even worked with me in the design and construction of a custom kitchen island. He welcomed every idea I brought forward and helped me understand the benefits and/or implications of incorporating them into the final piece. His tremendous carpentry skills combine with his appreciation and love of the craft to make the final project(s) even better than imagined.

Stephen has done more than one major renovation for us. He takes the time to think about design elements and how they will appear as a finished product. He has helped us throughout the renovation to evaluate the pros and cons of choices - materials, finishes, etc. so that we were more than happy with the end results. He is extremely thorough, neat and respectful of the fact that we were living (and working) in the house while the renovations were going on. Highly recommend him!
