We were right away so happy with the plan, specs, and communication with the team at Dube-Plus. We are so happy with our addition and have recommended this company to several people already.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Dube Plus. We had a large addition project that included adding a two-car garage with a master bedroom and bathroom above, tying the addition into our existing home, building a new back deck, and replacing all of the siding and roof. The entire project was completed in about four months, which we were very happy with. Even more impressive, it finished on time and on budget, something you don't often hear about construction projects. The work moved quickly, and for the most part everything went smoothly. Like any major renovation, there were a few bumps along the way. I wish there had been better communication around a few decisions, such as where rocks and other materials were left on the property, and I felt the project manager could have been a bit more detail-oriented. That said, he was always responsive, available, and willing to address our questions and concerns. Most importantly, whenever an issue came up during the project or even after completion, it was addressed quickly and professionally. The quality of the work, the timeline, and the company's commitment to making things right left us very satisfied with the end result. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a major reason the process felt so smooth. As we moved into construction, Mark, our project manager, was equally impressive. He maintained consistent communication, kept everything on track, and ensured that the quality of work remained high throughout every phase of the build. His responsiveness and transparency gave us a great deal of confidence, and it was clear that he took genuine ownership of the project. We also had the opportunity to work with Brittany and Eric at points throughout the process, and those interactions left a lasting impression on us. It is clear that Dube-Plus is more than just a construction company—it is a family-led business with a strong sense of pride and commitment behind it. Brittany’s leadership and Eric’s support on the financial side were both evident, and we always felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. We had an amazing experience using Dube Plus to completely rebuild our family home that was built in the 60s & 70s. Every member of the Dube plus team from Steve & Katia in sales, Billy their draftsman, Jill the designer, Mark the foreman, and the owners Brittany and Eric, brought great ideas and energy to the project. Even their sub-contractors were excellent - really impressed with Tony and his electrical team, and 'The Kims' who did our countertops. This was a complete gut job with all new walls, doors, windows, foundation (in places), HVAC, completely remodeled kitchen and 4 baths, rebuilt interior staircase, deck addition and detached garage. The all work like a family and treated us like family.

I had a phenomenal experience with The Dube Plus team. I hired them to help me through a complicated insurance claim for my home.The water pipes had broken under the floor and my home was unlivable. The experience started strong with Katia and Steve walking through my home, laying out all my options. They were transparent, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt at ease after meeting with them. We proceeded to use Dube Plus. Katia started working closely with my insurance company helping my adjuster with anything and everything he needed. The official hand off day- I met with The Dream team; Brittany, Katia, Jill, Mark and Steve. They were on time, personable, and ready for job. They walked me through the home going over the plan, and letting me know everything they were doing and a timeline. Brittany -fantastic communication. She would update me on the project regularly. I never was in the dark, I always knew what was going on. She was in control, and excited for all the work that was going on at my home. Jill- During the hand off meeting Jill took lots of pictures, she asked questions about my family and our needs. She was awesome at sending me great quality options in or below budget. The selections for my home are beautiful, durable, and purposefully based on my family. Everything is perfect. Katia- Katia was an overall pleasure to work with. My insurance adjuster had mentioned she was the best he’s ever worked with. Her knowledge and ability far exceeded my wildest dreams. Steve- Steve was great at explaining my options to me in a way that I could understand. He never made me feel less than or dumb. He gave me the information, his professional experience and let me make the decision. I never felt pressure. Mark- Mark kept the project organized and on time. The situation itself was stressful, being unhoused and your home being “broken” was a terrible feeling. But once I had Dube Plus on my side I felt relief. Our job was completed on time, and in budget. My broken house is now a home again. I cannot say enough about Dube Plus.
