We had a full condo rebuild after a fire in early December 2024, and once M & S Development became involved in our project, it truly made a difference. Despite the stress of insurance, displacement, and the overall emotional toll of the situation, their team genuinely cared about getting our family back home, especially before Christmas this year. Taren was absolutely amazing and always took the time to answer our questions with patience and clarity. Tom was very in tune with the project, kept us updated, and made sure things kept moving forward. Everyone involved was responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the process. This process wasn’t easy, but having a team that communicates well and truly cares makes all the difference. We’re grateful for the hard work and dedication that helped bring us home again. We love our new home.
