Bob and Ross have been outstanding through a persistent bat problem at the property I live at. They are thorough and knowledgeable and even if something comes up down the line I'm certain they are willing to be honest, upfront, and do what's right by their customers. Pest Control in old habitations with less than ideal pest security is always going to require consistency and adaptation (and in some cases, return visits), but they are more than willing to work with folk and educate them on proper DIY methods for future-proofing such situations.
