On day of service he walked me through his plans for treatment and then followed up several days later to make sure the problem was solved to our satisfaction.Additionally, he took the time to look at a few other areas of concern. When we noticed some droppings in the attic, he shared how to tell the difference between mice and bats - which was fascinating - and also shared how this should be remedied.He will be my first call for pest issues in the future.
