Blacklough Construction is an East Weymouth builder that says it has been creating spaces since 2000. Its work splits between whole-house and complete remodels taken back to the studs, ground-up new construction, historical restoration, and bathroom and kitchen renovations, and it describes a design-build process that runs from pre-construction estimating and budgeting through subcontractor management to certificate of occupancy, as-built documentation and warranty. The one outside account of its work comes from the trade rather than from homeowners: Northshore Magazine, writing in June 2026, reported that an award-winning Ipswich design firm partnered with Blacklough Construction in 2025 and that a full renovation of its studio followed. There is almost nothing else written down about it. Google carries a single five-star rating with no comment, and no directory profile or review body is on file anywhere, which is why no rating is published here. Worth a call if you want a design-build partner for a whole-house or historic renovation on the South Shore or into Boston.
