Customers writing in 2022 praised Blanchette Electrical for arriving when expected, answering questions and cleaning up. In a July Angi review, a customer said Shawn was on time, cleaned up after himself and accommodated changes. An April reviewer credited Shawn with answering all their questions and working around their schedule. The company describes itself as a small family-run electrical contractor in Hudson, serving southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Its website says Shawn Blanchette and his wife run the business with two technicians, providing residential and commercial electrical work. BBB names Shawn as manager and Caitlyn Blanchette as office manager, and gives the LLC a February 14, 2022 start date. Shawn T Blanchette’s New Hampshire electrician licence, 15089, is active. Angi displays five stars from 12 ratings, and HomeAdvisor also displays five stars from 12. BBB gives the business an A+ grade but says it is not accredited. Angi and HomeAdvisor list panel upgrades, EV chargers, troubleshooting, lighting and addition or remodel wiring, along with free estimates, warranties and emergency service. An April 2022 Angi customer described a bathroom-fan replacement and recommended the team afterward. In June 2022, another customer praised cleanup and said the workers made sure the building inspector was happy with the job. An August 2022 reviewer said the company responded to questions by email or text. More recently, a December 2025 Reddit commenter named Blanchette Electrical and said a worker had helped sort out a few unusual problems at their house.
“Blanchette Electrical. He's helped sort out a few oddball problems at my house.”
Eager, professional, come when expected. Work was done well. Responsive to questions via e mail or text. Would definitely use them again.
This company was great. Very polite, knowledgable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for your electrical needs.

Shawn was on time, professional, and he cleaned up after himself. They are reasonably priced and are able to accommodate client changes easily. We will definitely be calling Blanchette from now on.
