We had our doors installed a few years ago, and they recently needed a small adjustment. Blu's sent a team to our home within days of our phone call and they did a quick and efficient repair. Great customer service!!

We used blu for a custom shower door and everyone we interacted with on the phone and in person were extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately the rest of our experience wasn’t the best. Someone came out to measure for the door but when they came a few weeks later to install, the door was the incorrect height and wouldn’t clear our light fixture. They had the door remade, which took another two weeks. They came out again to install it and it looked great but was somewhat difficult to open. We assumed it would get easier with use, but it got progressively worse over the next couple weeks. It eventually got so bad that we had to wet the tub ledge first in order to even get the door open. We called them and they came out (for a fourth time) and told us that the shower door had “dropped down,” with no explanation why, and needed to be realigned. They adjusted the hinges and the sweeper, which seemed to do the trick. That helped for a couple of months until we started to have the same problem again. They came out for a fifth time and need to remove the hinges and sand the glass so it didn’t continue to slip. It’s been a few weeks and seems to be working fine now. Again, they were professional throughout and the door is beautiful but considering the extremely high price tag, it was frustrating that it took so much to get the product right. We will probably look elsewhere next time.

First class install and very responsive. I had a very expensive and complicated shower glass install. Gary and colleagues did a beautiful job and prices were very reasonable. When one of the doors became misaligned they came out immediately to right it. Highly recommended
