A custom handrail for the front of a house brought one customer to Blue Collar Artisans. In a September 2018 Google review, they described the finished handrail as unique, colorful, whimsical and well made. Two customers writing in 2015 described other pieces made for their homes. One commissioned a bed frame from reclaimed local wood and steel, with personal touches for the customer and their husband; they said it turned out better than hoped and planned to make it a family heirloom. Another needed an indoor wood rack beside an old fireplace. Given a few measurements, Blue Collar Artisans produced a rack the customer said was functional and suited their decor and personal tastes. Google lists a 5-star average from seven ratings. A May 2024 commenter in r/westernmass recommended Blue Collar Artisans in Easthampton.
