What a pleasure dealing with Bob. From the beginning, I knew he was the guy to hire to refinish my old and beat up oak kitchen floor. He called when he said he would, he came to the house to check out the job right on time, he always answered quickly me anytime I had a question. And best of all, the floor is absolutely gorgeous. If you need your floors. refinished, don't look anywhere else. He deserves much more than a 5 star rating.
Bob is excellent at his craft and clearly values doing high-quality work. He resurrected my old, grungy floor into something that looks new and shines.
