Forty-eight hours, start to finish: a recent customer said Joe came out to measure, helped pick out carpet and vinyl, and the new install was done in that window. A recent customer on a third project with the company had a vinyl plank floor put in with stair treads and risers, plus carpet in the bedrooms. A recent customer replacing bedroom carpet said Joe came out quickly to give an estimate, and within a week Ray removed the old carpet and installed the new. A recent customer said Mike handled a tile installation, came in on a Saturday to finish on time and left the workspace spotless. A 2026 customer said the installers took out the carpet and put in vinyl tile in a matter of hours, and pointed out a slight leak in a baseboard heater that needed a plumber. In 2024, a customer said that after a dog tore up part of a bedroom carpet, Joe offered to send someone that same afternoon to repair it with remnants from the earlier install. A 2024 customer described replacing an old cast iron tub and tile shower with a custom tiled walk-in shower, with Sal doing the tile installation. This most recent project included a beautiful new vinyl plank floor with stair treads and risers, as well as carpeting in our bedrooms. The products are outstanding, and the installer did an amazing job. The attention to detail and quality of the finished work are truly impressive. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely continue to use this company for our future flooring needs. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend!
We recently purchased carpet from Essex Flooring Connections and had the pleasure of working with Derek. He was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! The quality of the carpet and installation was excellent, but what impressed us most was the professionalism, communication, and follow-through. This a great local company to work with. Everything about my experience was easy. Derek was very knowledgeable and friendly about the carpet options that are available. Once I made a decision, it didn’t take long to get the carpet installed. Ross showed up this morning and did a great job with the installation.
