Boivin Concrete

The deck looks ok although the seal is missing in spots. They ripped the pool liner and then did not install it correctly, (after charging us for the new liner) rushed through the instillation and it sinks in numerous places. Never installed the ladder and ghosted us when we tried to get them back to finish the job. I would not recommend hiring them.

Excellent service. Very prompt. We had a 25’ x 20’ concrete slab put in and it came out awesome! I highly recommend them.

Tom is the worst. He didn't measure anything correctly, he directed a truck up onto my pool deck that then broke. He spilled concrete everywhere, promised to come clean it up then never did. He made up insane stories of why he couldn't come fix anything then just stopped responding. I could keep going on, but if you've read this far hopefully you've just decided to use someone competent instead.

RUN!!! We hired this company to build a simple 10x10 patio. They came right out and completed the patio. It looked good. I paid them and they left. I told the owner Tom I needed some sort of receipt for the work as I paid cash. (Yes, my one fault for that decision but he seemed trustworthy at the time) abs I has thought the job was done. It was nighttime when they finished. I noticed the next day the patio didn’t look to be 10x10. I measured and it was only 10x9. I called Tom and he did answer right away and said they would come back to finish it. After a couple weeks of saying he was coming and no showing, he finally showed up to fix the patio. I was so relieved. That didn’t last long. They attempted to add the additional foot of patio to what was already done. I asked about there now being a seam and the guy said yeah I’ll try to avoid that. Anyways they literally left without telling me they were leaving. I caught one of them as I saw them packing up the truck and he said we’ll be back tomorrow to take the mess away. I go outside and not only is there a seam which I specifically said wasn’t going to work, but this new piece was not level with the original patio And STILL not 10x10. In fact, it was an inch wider on one side than the other which. You can see in the picture. So we waited two weeks and the job STILL isn’t right. My husband called Tom who said he would be right over at 7am the next morning to look at it. Big shocker, he never showed up and never returned any of our calls. I now have to hire a new company to come rip up this mess and start all over again. Do NOT hire them. They were awful at communication from the start and can’t handle measuring a simple 10x10 box. I wish I checked reviews here first

A shame because they seemed like decent guys. We paid for a 10x10 concrete patio. We ended up with a 10x8'9" patio. We contacted the owner to make it right, after getting told multiple different times,they finally showed up, and still the job wasn't done right. The added on part was still not coming out to 10x10, and it wasn't level with the original part done. I talked to the owner myself, he told me he would be back at 7:00 AM the following day,and again he no-showed and stopped answering.
