It’s a shame that you can only choose 3 out of the 5 when starting the review, it’s unfair to the company. Born to Move was an ABSOLUTE 5 STAR company. I hired another moving company the day before my move (Blink Moving) they showed up, everything was great until they broke my 55” television and wanted nothing to do with replacing it or taking any blame for moving it to an unsafe area in the unit and it slid down and fell right on the screen. Non the less I fired them and had no idea what I was going to do. I messaged Alex at around 2pm if not later Monday March 15th and explained the situation. Alex was able to have a crew of 2 wonderful, respectful, professional, punctual, hard working and not to mention very courteous gentlemen at my storage unit by 9am the very next morning! I couldn’t believe it! I was in shock that in such a short notice that anyone could come out. Everything was moved into my new apartment and they even put my bed together for me so I didn’t have to do it. The rate of was exactly as quoted and not a penny more and I also got a discount for paying cash. I could not recommend a better moving company. If I ever move again, which I know I will...the first person I am calling is Alex and his team at Born to Move! Thank you again guys!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Born to Move! This was the first time I have EVER used movers and man, I am never going to back to the old Uhaul and friends combo. Alex was super responsive and the three men who moved us were amazing! They were on time and disassembled and reassembled the furniture (which would have been a nightmare for me) like pros. Also, we moved on super short notice - I contacted Alex on a Saturday and he had movers ready for us on Monday! On top of that they made an extra stop to pick up a couch for us. Just incredible. Really, really, really you cannot go wrong with Born to Move and I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience!!
After a horrible experience with another company, Born To Move saved my move, bringing over the rest of my stuff that the other movers left behind, and assembling my furniture in minutes. Real pros, friendly, experienced, and responsive.
These guys MOVE! They were super efficient, they came right on time and they're so fast too! I was super happy that I booked these guys instead of those over priced movers! I was going to book gentle giant originally and they said it would cost $2000! Born to move moved all my big furniture and boxes in under 3 hours for 1/4 the price of the other guys! Don't even consider booking anyone else, Born to Move will not disappoint you.
Alex and his boys were absolutely amazing. They packed up my large items in no time and delivered them timely to my destination. I hit traffic in meeting them and they patiently waited for to begin the job with no complaints. I was moving into a 4th floor walk up and the boys did an amazing job despite how difficult it was. They were professional, did not waste any time, and even put my bed back together for me (I wouldn't have been able too). Overall, I would recommend this company for any moving inquiries/help.
