Paul did an excellent job! He was courteous and polite. He explained what he was going to do after first asking if I was having any problems. He wore shoe protectors when entering our house. Great knowledge of my problem and expert service. Highly recommended!!

Made an appointment for 9-12AM to fix the heat in my 75yo mothers apartment. At 11AM the technician calls from a spoofed number that comes up on my phone as SPAM RISK from Chicago Illinois and leaves a message cancelling the appointment — on the coldest day of the winter (12°). Wants to re-schedule for 3 days later.<br><br>The appointment was scheduled 24hrs in advance, then they cancel it at the last possible minute.<br><br>The number the technician called from doesn’t take incoming calls.
