Fergus was simply the best in helping my client pick out tile and flooring for his brand new construction house. The process was smooth and seamless and selections were very modern and stylish! I will definitely recommend to all of my clients!

Fortunately for us, this was the flooring company contracted by our builder. Fergus was such a delight to work with. It was so easy to schedule an appointment to select our tiles and carpeting for our new home. When we arrived Fergus worked with us to help us select the exact bathroom and kitchen tiles, and basement carpeting that we were seeking. He was extremely patient considering I have difficulty making choices. Upon arriving to our new home I immediately let Fergus know that the tiles and carpeting were the only items that were installed to perfection. As our new home began to settle, there was some backsplash caulking that needed to be done. A quick call to Fergus, and his worker was here within days to fix the issue. One year and one winter later, the house continued to settle and there were a few spots along the perimeter of my bathrooms that needed regrouting. Once again, Fergus immediately sent a courteous, neat, polite worker to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Fergus and his team to any of my closest friends. Such a pleasure to work with, not to mention the beautiful selection he offers.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I'm doing a kitchen reno and recently worked with Fergus Keane and his team. The service and quality of work was outstanding. Fergus was responsive and very helpful guiding me to make the right choice in flooring product. The floor was installed yesterday and I went to see it last night. I was completely blown away. It exceeded my expectations. The floor is the centerpiece of the reno and cabinets and countertops were selected based on the flooring. I am so excited and look forward to many years of enjoying my new floor. Thank you!
