Boston Pro Quality Services, Inc.

Boston Pro Quality Services is an Everett-based contractor whose Google reviews describe owner Patrick Souza personally running jobs across kitchens, bathrooms, painting, framing, and water-damage repair for towns across the greater Boston area. The most convincing evidence comes from its detailed, specific, and time-spread reviews naming Patrick directly. In January 2026, a burst pipe flooded a kitchen two weeks before Christmas with house guests already booked to arrive; Patrick's team remediated the damage and installed new flooring within four days, and the homeowner said it looked better than before. A similar water and electrical damage remediation followed by new flooring and lighting installation drew the same praise the next month. A 2024 review describes a genuinely difficult exterior repaint — sanding down a ten-room house to change it from a dark stain to a grey Cape Cod look — that came out well. A local Somerville contractor hired Patrick's crew to paint four newly completed high-end apartments, and another customer describes a full two-bedroom condo renovation finished on time at a reasonable price. One thing worth noting honestly: in the week spanning late June and early July 2026, more than twenty very short, similarly generic reviews landed in quick succession — one-line praise like "the attention to detail was outstanding" or "everything was completed smoothly and on schedule," with no job or name mentioned. That's a different shape from the detailed, specifically-worded reviews spread across 2023 through early 2026 that name Patrick and describe real projects — both are part of what's posted publicly, but the cluster's timing and genericness are worth keeping in mind when weighing the sheer volume of five-star ratings. The company holds an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, and its own site lists bathroom and kitchen remodeling plus house framing as specialties across more than a dozen towns from Winchester to Hingham. For a kitchen, bathroom, painting, or water-damage repair job in the greater Boston area, the specific, detailed reviews here point to a capable, responsive contractor — it's worth asking for references tied to recent, named projects given the recent burst of short, generic reviews.
