- Theft allegation — a 2023 Google review says $3,500 was taken during a visit
Boston Roofing & Construction Solutions, at 35 Village Rd in Middleton, carries a one-star rating on Google, and the review behind it is serious. In April 2023 a customer accused the company's team of theft, writing that someone who came to the house took $3,500. That is one customer's account, written in 2023. Anyone weighing this company for a roof should raise it with them directly and ask what came of it. Before any work starts, get the scope, the price and a payment schedule tied to completed work in writing, and confirm the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and insurance.
