My roof was repaired some time ago by a family friend after that for the next 2 years I suffered rain and wind damage that ruined 2 ceilings on my second floor. A friend of mine told me about his friend James Currier who does roofing. I have no words to adequately praise his work and professional knowledge -He sent me pictures of all the problems before and after he fixed them He was here everyday he scheduled and worked from dawn to dusk He came on time and on budget ( even though he did more work as needed than the quote) If you have any job -big or small -he also does large buildings this is definitely the company to go to

I had a roof installed by Bonn Construction in 2013, since that time I have had multiple instances of leaks in my home. Pre existing flashing that doesn't appear to be sufficient or appropriate for a leak tight roofing installation was re-used. Granular ice and water shield was used instead of high performance ice and water shield such as Grace brand ice and water. One section of PVC trim was hacked together- a small block of PVC was used to transition two longer pieces of trim. It looks absolutely terrible and has the potential to be a leak/failure point. When asked to address my concerns after discovering significant property damage had occurred, the owner refused to honor the workmanship warranty stated in the contract.

Terrible installation of Skylight. Skylight was installed on a 90 degree sunny day, unfortunately my roof shingles were damaged in the process, but that’s not the worst part, The installers never notified me of the damage , but I being a contractor myself got on the roof and found the damage. I brought up the issue to the owner and he blamed the damage on there not being a ridge vent on the roof, not the fact that it was 90 degrees that day or the fact that he didn’t inform me of the damage.. I also never received a bill from the company, but today I got a phone call from Jim the owner that I have not paid him, and he was going to put me in for late payment. I informed Jim that we never received the bill .So beware of this company because in my mind if someone does more damage than good ... They are not professionals . I’ll wait for my bill ...
