Three contractors looked at one homeowner's leaky roof. Only Ramon from NMTI pointed at an uneven patch as the place worth opening up — and underneath the shingles on that section, according to the November 2025 review, was water-damaged, warped plywood. NMTI General Contractors works out of 35 Village Road in Middleton, and two names run through the reviews: Ramon, who comes out to look, and Juan Carcamo, the project manager. Roofs are the center of it. A September 2025 customer called their project a big one — a severely leaky roof — and said Juan and Ramon answered every question in a timely, patient way. A June 2025 roof replacement turned up a lot of rotted wood, which the crew repaired as part of the job. In January 2023 a reviewer had a new roof put on a large, complex old shingle-style Victorian and said the crew started early each day and worked till after dark. A September 2022 homeowner replacing a roof ahead of solar panels said Ramon evaluated the structure and recommended metal valleys. And in July 2022, a customer said Ramon quoted the repair the same day and was available within two weeks — then, after stripping the roof and finding more problems, contacted him immediately for approval before fixing them. They take on a good deal more than roofs. An October 2024 Google reviewer listed roof, siding, deck, a redesigned front entry, chimney, stairs and walkway — essentially the outside of the house rebuilt. A July 2024 customer had a third-floor master suite addition built. In September 2022 another had a full kitchen remodel that meant taking down a wall and rerouting the plumbing. Smaller jobs read the same way: in October 2025 the crew replaced the aluminum flashing at a garage gable, cleaned the gutters and repaired gaps at the gutter joints, and the reviewer said the working area was left spotless. One practical thing before signing. The company turns up under two names: a September 2025 reviewer wrote that they hired NMTI "as Tru Blue Construction Inc", and a June 2024 reviewer signed off recommending "NMTI / TruBlue". Angi lists the company as veteran owned and operated and OSHA certified. NMTI is a strong call for the roof nobody has managed to diagnose, the old house with a complicated roofline, and the replacement that turns into carpentry once the shingles come off. Confirm which company name goes on your contract, and get the scope for rot or bad decking found underneath agreed before the first day.
