Discussed an inspection he conducted and was very unprofessional in backing up his opinion of the property. His assumptions without gathering more details sets a dangerous precedent in this field of work and confused both the buyer and the seller. His reluctance to ask more questions about the property and get a professional opinion regarding areas he made assumptions caused confusion and wasted a lot of people time and money.
