Shunny showed up early and prepared. He was great at talking us through each step of the inspection in real time and providing general recommendations and noting things worth further inspection. Shunny was knowledgeable in older homes which was helpful given the age of the home being inspected.
Shunny was timely, efficient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. As first time buyers we came in with limited knowledge, so we really have to lean on the professionals.
