In an August 2025 review, a repeat customer described hiring Shunny for a home in Lincoln, Rhode Island, and again for a place in Westborough, Massachusetts. They praised the explanations and prompt, comprehensive reports on both occasions. Customers also describe what happens after the walkthrough. A June 2026 reviewer who had used Rich for two inspections said he covered large issues and smaller ones, answered questions patiently and produced a detailed report quickly. Another June reviewer praised the quick availability of the report. A July customer said Shunny answered questions during the inspection and later called to address follow-up inquiries. In an August 2025 review about a duplex purchase, a customer said he spent more than three hours at the property and delivered a nearly 70-page PDF covering serious fixes, loose nails and longer-term appliance maintenance. Scheduling has drawn specific praise, too. A May 2026 customer said Shunny accommodated them on short notice after another inspection company canceled two hours before their appointment. A July reviewer said they obtained an appointment quickly enough to meet an offer deadline. Customers inspecting older properties have described practical findings: in a May 2025 review, a customer with a home built in 1900 said he identified issues to consider during renovation. A repeat customer writing in April 2025 described reports ranging from a roof needing a roofer’s inspection to a spinning doorknob, and called his price fair.
