Cleaning an empty house before a move has brought Brand-Nu both detailed praise and a detailed complaint. The company says it serves Worcester, offers one-time and ongoing cleaning, and has been in business for more than 30 years. Its advertised work includes residential cleaning alongside commercial, industrial, medical and office-building cleaning. An August 2026 Google reviewer praised thorough service and communication. Longer accounts describe what customers hired the team to tackle. In a December 2023 review, a customer described an empty-home deep clean that included the refrigerator interior, drawers and windows. That customer said a quote arrived in less than an hour and an appointment was booked within 48 hours, with Marguerite handling communication and Eddie and Claudinia doing the cleaning. A September 2025 reviewer said they had used Brand-Nu Janitorial Service for years and praised Marguerite and the team's attention to small details. Cleaning has also been part of larger household transitions. In an April 2024 review, a customer described hiring Brand-Nu for cleaning, packing and organizing after their parents died. They said Marguerite set and met a timeline, documented the work with photographs, and coordinated outside trades. An August 2023 reviewer described a previously vacant apartment with dust, grime and a musty smell, saying Marguerite and her team cleaned it and removed the smell. In a January 2026 review, another customer said the company came with one day's notice and worked within their price range. A May 2024 Google reviewer reported a different experience with an unfurnished home before moving in. They said the cleaning cost more than $1,000 and that floors, bathrooms, cabinets and appliances remained incompletely cleaned. According to that reviewer, the company offered to return, but an illness among their children prevented them from accepting another cleaning visit; after sending photographs, they received a $100 refund. They described the woman they dealt with as personable while criticizing the incomplete work and its cost. A separate October 2023 reviewer said they regretted doing business with the company.
