A recent customer wrote that Branon's Pools helped them through having a new pool installed after they lost their previous one, from the process through the installation itself. That customer said the staff recommended a style of robotic pool cleaner that worked for their pool, answered their questions through the first season, and that they were also trusting Branon's to close the pool for the season. A 2023 customer said they called late on a Friday and by Monday morning Branon's was at their house helping fix a pool cover. In a 2023 review, a customer who had bought an above ground 16' x 32' Intex pool online said Erin and Helen tested a water sample while they waited and gave a detailed analysis with specific instructions, and that the water stayed clear all summer. A 2022 customer who had bought a home with a pool said the staff explained what each product does and how to use it. A 2023 customer called the owner helpful but said the owner "doesn't like to manipulate things to get them to work." A recent customer complained that a medical center's therapy pool Branon's is paid for had floating debris and used band-aids stuck to the side, and wrote that they do not filter or vacuum it. Branon's also has an indoor pool. A recent customer complained that the door is locked before 6:30pm while people are still in the pool. A 2023 customer said the place was very dirty, with bugs around the ladies room and the outside of the pool. A 2024 customer said the kids enjoyed a daughter's birthday party at the indoor pool and called the owners helpful.

Our experience with Brannon’s began when we lost our previous pool and needed to have a new one installed. From helping us through that process to the installation of our new pool, their team was professional, dependable, and great to work with. Just as importantly, their level of service didn’t end once the pool was installed. Throughout our first season with the new pool, we have had plenty of questions, and the staff at Brannon’s has been there to answer every one of them. No question has ever felt like an inconvenience. They take the time to explain things, offer practical advice, and make sure we understand what we need to do to properly care for our pool. They have also been a great resource when it comes to equipment. When we were looking into robotic pool cleaners, their staff recommended the style of robot that would work well for our pool, and we have been extremely happy with it. We have been so pleased with the service we’ve received that we are also trusting Brannon’s to professionally close our pool for the season. What stands out most is that Brannon’s doesn’t make you feel like their job is finished once they’ve made the sale. They have continued to be there for us whenever we’ve needed advice or had a question. That kind of customer service, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind what they sell is becoming increasingly difficult to find. When you make an investment like a swimming pool, you want to know that the company you’re working with will still be there after the installation crew leaves. Brannon’s has demonstrated exactly that. We would highly recommend Brannon’s Pools to anyone looking for a pool company they can trust. They have earned our confidence, our continued business, and absolutely deserve a five-star review.
I can't believe Norwestern Medical Center pays Branons for this disgusting therapy pool with floating debris that never gets cleaned. Used band-aids stuck to the side. They do not filter OR vaccuum the PT pool but NMC charges patients to use it and Branons gets paid a lot

We recently celebrated my daughters birthday at the indoor pool and all the kids had the best time. The staff are fantastic and the owners are always so helpful. Highly recommend Branon's for all pool needs. Thank you so much for making my daughters day so special!
