A 2026 reviewer who used Braun for a move from one side of Connecticut to the other wrote that the moving crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with, and that pricing was transparent and fair given the amount of work involved. Another 2026 reviewer wrote that every person — Elsa, Lucas and their moving crew — was beyond polite, professional, and pleasant, and that they were impressed by the speed of the move. The complaints come from long moves. A 2023 reviewer wrote that the workers were fine all but for ruining two expensive antiques, breaking multiple items they packed and items not showing up at all, on a very expensive interstate move with zero communication from the coordinators. In a 2024 review, a customer who did a cross country move with Braun and their partners wrote that although most everything of value and importance arrived safely, many items were missing, and that Braun assumed no liability or responsibility. A February 2026 reviewer said they had an appointment on Monday with Lucas, who told them they would receive an estimate later in the evening, and that nothing came until Wednesday, which said "after careful review we cant provide service".
