Brendan McHugh Painting

I hired Brendan to redecorate s room. The room was damp and had some mould. There was also dents and gouges on the walls. The woodwork trim cupboards and door were varnished wood. I wanted them painted a nice grey. The room is completely transformed. The attention to detail and finish is outstanding. Friendly punctual and good communication. Highly recommend

Approximately six years ago, I hired Brendan McHugh Painting to complete a full exterior paint job of my home and deck cleaning. Mr. McHugh and his co-worker did a fantastic job. Every point of contact from initial calls, timely on-going work, cleanup, and payment was professional. After recent replacement window installation, I again hired Mr. McHugh to do an examination of the exterior window trims and touch up paint as necessary. Additionally, I requested a touch up to some exterior areas that receive battering in the winter. Mr. McHugh also cleaned mildew, etc. from the gutters just above the second floor of the house and algae from the rear of the house and shed. He treated rust on and painted an exterior support column and nailed down some loose deck boards. The general cleaning, painting, and cleanup work were great; and workmanship was beyond expectations. Mr. McHugh's initiative and willingness to identify issues and make repairs that I may not have noticed were invaluable. It is so rare today to have a contractor promptly return a call, meet for an estimate, schedule and complete work in a timely manner, and have a pleasant and responsive crew.
