I recently had my entire kitchen remodeled and construction to expand my living and dining room. I also had have if all seasoned porch converted into a home office. I am very happy with how the work came out and pleased with the quality work.

I had a leaking that damaged the ceiling and the walls, and Eddie found out that the roof was not well done. Him and his guys took down the ceiling and walls and did a brand new ceiling, walls, plastering and a new roof, rubber roof. They did an excellent job and affordable price. I recommend 100%,

I have a 100 year old house that needed so much work. Lots of rotted wood, stairs rails etc plus badly in need of painting. I called for an estimate and Eddie came out the next day to walk around the house and gave great suggestions as to what needed to be done. Within a couple of days he sent me an estimate which I felt was very fair for all the work to be done which included removing and replacing all the trim around 20 windows , rebuilding the front porch and railings, and scraping power washing and painting the house and the new window frames, the trim on the garage and painting the shed. His crew of lovely young men showed up early every day and worked long hours. They were very respectful ,kept me updated on what was happening and cleaned up at the end of each day. You would hardly know they were there. The work was outstanding and my 100 year old house looks almost new. I couldn’t be more pleased and I highly recommend them I know I will not hesitate to use them again for anything I need done

Renovated my basement ahead of schedule and on budget! It was very easy to work with Eddie, and his crew was exceptionally hard-working and committed to getting the job done right. My basement in-law apartment had been severely damaged by a sewer back up (I was lucky compared to some of my neighbors), but it took months of fighting with the insurance company to close my claim. By the time I did, I needed the job done quickly so that my sister could move in--and in just over 3 weeks, Eddie's crew took my basement from gutted to gleaming. Of the 12 quotes I had done, Eddie's was one of the most affordable, and his timeline was unbeatable. Would definitely hire him again!

I hired L&E to refurbish my unit on Commonwealth Avenue in BackBay which had experienced extensive water damage....everything had to be replaced... sheetrock, plaster, floors, doors, moulding, etc... L&E gave a very fair price, completed this gut renovation within a very tight schedule of 4 weeks, did the job without cutting corners, and did it all on budget and on time.... his workers were professional, conscientious.... the unit is in a luxury building and has many rules on how work needs to be conducted... L&E met and exceeded the guidelines and requirements. The carpentry work was done beautifully, especially the curved 4 piece mouldings.... Eddie (owner) and his team were a pleasure to work with... any challenges were met with flexibility and a can-do attitude which was refreshing... I recommend them highly and would rehire them again without hesitation. Fantastic team of people led by a very capable, hard working gentleman... much thanks Eddie for a job well done... you are fantastic.
